Shipping policy

We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping via UPS on all orders within the USA and Canada.  No promo code is needed when placing your online order. Your order usually arrives with 3-5 business days, based on location from the date of purchase.

 

We ship Monday to Friday only. Orders are NOT shipped on holidays.

- Standard Ground Shipping via UPS -   Guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days after 
   your order has shipped.

- Two Business Days Shipping via U.P.S. - Guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days    
   after your order has shipped.

- Overnight Shipping via U.P.S. - Guaranteed to arrive by next business day.

- Saturday Shipping via U.P.S.   - Delivery by noon to most U.S. addresses

Some exceptions may apply during the busy holiday season when volumes are extremely high.

Express Shipping is available at a cost of $39.99 per gift item and usually arrives within 1-2 business days from date of purchase.

 

Saturday Express Delivery is available at a cost of $59.99 per gift item if order is placed before 1:00 PM EST Friday to arrive on Saturday.

 

Deliveries to remote areas may require additional delivery time.

We will ship your order to the shipping address provided on your order. Please include complete address, company name (if applicable), suite or apartment number and phone number to ensure proper delivery.

 

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the parcel if the carrier must return or reroute the package.

For the Provinces of Alberta, Manitoba & Quebec, you must be 18 years or older to purchase gift baskets containing wine or champagne.

 

 

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will include an additional surcharge of $27.95 per gift item

 

Please note we do not ship to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.

During the checkout process, you will receive an estimated time of delivery. Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive via email a UPS confirmation with tracking details. Please visit the UPS website for updates on your order delivery.

 

Once your gift order leaves our warehouse, Simply Sweet is not liable for UPS delivery timing. Please refer to Track My Order feature to check your tracking details.

 

Shipments returned to our facility due to an incorrect or outdated delivery address or your recipient is not available at the time of delivery will incur an additional fee for reshipping. If you wish to cancel your order, a Restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the value of your order will be applicable. Simply Sweet cannot be held liable for delays in delivery times due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

We will not refund any shipping charges for late deliveries if the recipient was not home at the time of delivery. 

 

 

Signature is NOT required upon delivery for non-alcoholic gifts. The parcel is released at the door at the discretion of the UPS driver only if deemed safe.

Due to local ordinances, gift orders including alcohol (wine and champagne), can only be shipped to recipients 21 years and older living in all states EXCEPT: ME, MS, SD AND UT.

 

UPS cannot leave this package without an adult signature. Someone 21 or over must be there to sign for the parcel.

 

You must be 21 years or older to purchase gift baskets containing wine or champagne in the USA.
