Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Orders received before 2pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will process the following business day. SimplySweetGiftBaskets.com ships UPS Ground, Next Day or 3-Day Select. Shipping price depends upon the basket being shipped and the service requested. Currently, gift baskets ships in the U.S. and Canada.

Change of address or Address corrections

Please provide us with an accurate and complete shipping address for your recipient. This information needs to include: Name, Company Name (if applicable), Street Number and Street Name, Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable), City, State, Postal Code and Telephone Number. 

We encourage you to verify the shipping address before you place your order. We are not responsible for gift baskets not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided. 


APO/FPO Shipping 

For select gift baskets found in the category military gift baskets, SimplySweetGiftBaskets.com will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Only these gift baskets can be shipped to our military personnel serving at home and abroad. However, these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via standard shipping only.   


Additional Charges

There is a $15.00 address correction fee per gift basket to reroute a gift after it has shipped. This includes changing the street number, adding an apartment or suite and correcting a postal code. The $15.00 fee is also charged if your gift recipient has moved, you have provided an improper address or any package is refused or rerouted by the recipient. The $15.00 fee will be charged to your credit card on file and you will be notified via email regarding this address correction charge. 


Rush Services

If you need an order rushed, please email us at customerservice@simplysweetgiftbaskets.com and we can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible, based on the designers inventory and policies. 


Alcohol Policies

SimplySweetGiftBaskets.com will only ship wine gift baskets to states allowed by law. Any products containing alcohol will require the signature of an adult over 21 and cannot be re-routed. After three (3) failed delivery attempts, alcohol shipments will be returned.  


Return Policy

We are able to exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase. 

Please contact us at customerservice@simplysweetgiftbaskets.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products. 

SimplySweetGiftBaskets.com asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return. 

Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to  SimplySweetGiftBaskets.com and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.

Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. 



We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Please be aware that at times substitutions of a variance in flavor, fragrance or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts or a new gift being shipped will not be offered due to a substitution.  


Re-stocking Fee

All gifts returned through no fault of SimplySweetGiftBaskets.com will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
