How are your gift baskets shipped?

All gift baskets are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Orders received before 2pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will process the following business day. SimplySweetGiftBaskets.com ships UPS Ground, Next Day or 3-Day Select. Shipping price depends upon the basket being shipped and the service requested.


How will I know if my order has been processed?

You will receive a confirmation email about your order. You can also use the order number found on your confirmation email to check on the status of your gift basket or feel free to call us 1.888.202.4848.

Do you ship the same day?
If you need a gift basket rushed, please email us at customerservice@simplysweetgiftbaskets.com and we can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

Does someone have to be present to receive their packages?

All wine gift baskets require the signature of an adult 21 and over.  There are no exceptions. After three (3) failed delivery attempts the wine gift basket shipment will be returned.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. SimplySweetGiftBaskets.com also accepts PayPal. 

PayPal Payment

Any changes to an order must be made via the customers PayPal account. Requested changes made to customerservice@simplysweetgiftbaskets.com will not be made.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Do you accept non-U.S. payments?

PayPal is the only form of payment we accept when you using a non-U.S. billing address. PayPal is the trusted leader in online payments.
